How to manage your online services account information

You can update your own details for your online services account. Account administrators can update details for their organisation's account.

Updating your personal details

When you're logged in, you can update the following personal details:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your email address and phone numbers.

To update your personal details:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your username, and from the drop-down list choose 'My User Details'.
  3. On the 'Your Details' screen, click on 'Change My Details'.
  4. Edit the field you wish to change.
  5. Click 'Save User'.

Managing organisation account details and users

Account administrators can, on behalf of an organisation:

  • update organisation contact details
  • add and delete users of the organisation account
  • edit organisation user details

Updating organisation information

To update organisation details:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. On the 'View Organisation' screen, click on 'Maintain Organisation'.
  4. Edit the fields you wish to change.
  5. Click 'Save Organisation'.

Adding an organisation user

To add an organisation user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. On the 'View Organisation' screen, click on 'Add Organisation User'.
  4. Provide the required information for the new organisation user.
  5. Click on 'Create User'.

We send the new user an email containing an activation code. The new user must enter this code to activate their account and complete their registration with us.

To update the details for an organisation user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. From the list of organisation users at the bottom of the 'View Organisation' screen, click on the name of the user whose details you wish to update.
  4. On the 'View Organisation User' screen, click on 'Maintain Organisation User'.
  5. Edit the fields you wish to change.
  6. Click on 'Save User'.

Deleting an organisation user

To delete an organisation user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. From the list of organisation users at the bottom of the screen, click on the name of the user you wish to delete.
  4. On the 'View Organisation User' screen, click on 'Delete This User'.
